Your CV fixed before day one. Your job search rebuilt over 45 days.

For experienced professionals earning £70k+ who’ve been stuck for months — and know their current job search needs a proper reset.

Coaching (7)-1

The June 45-Day Sprint is a guided cohort for experienced professionals who want to stop guessing, stop panic-applying, and get their job search moving before summer.

Before the Sprint begins, your CV is repositioned and ready to use. Then, from 1 June to 14 July, we work through a clear weekly process covering CV tailoring, applications, LinkedIn, networking, follow-up and interview preparation — so you know exactly what to focus on each week.

This is not the full private 1:1 version of the Sprint. It is a focused cohort version: you get the strategy, the CV work, the structure, the weekly live sessions and the Circle platform, without the higher cost of individual 1:1 support.

Many clients start seeing traction within 2–3 weeks because the CV is fixed first and the process is no longer random.

If nothing changes, you’ll likely still be here in 2–3 months. This gives you a structured 45-day push before the summer holidays, with clear actions, expert guidance and a group of people doing the work alongside you.

Why your job search is not working right now

Coaching (5)

You do not need more motivation.

You need to know what is actually going wrong.

Most experienced professionals I work with are doing what used to work:

  • applying online
  • tweaking the CV again
  • waiting for recruiters to respond
  • assuming the next application will be the one

That might have worked years ago.

It does not work now.

Today, strong candidates get filtered out every day because:

  • their CV is not tightly aligned to the role
  • their positioning is too broad or unclear
  • they rely too heavily on job boards
  • they are waiting instead of creating visibility
  • they do not realise how much of the decision happens before the interview

That is why you can be highly capable and still feel invisible.

It is not that you are too old.
It is not that you are too senior.
It is not that you are bad at job hunting.

Your current method is simply not converting.

The June 45-Day Sprint is designed to fix that by rebuilding the core parts of your search in the right order: your CV, your positioning, your application strategy, your visibility, your follow-up and your interview preparation.

Because until the method changes, the results usually do not.

If this feels familiar, you’re not alone — but staying in this cycle is expensive, frustrating, and exhausting.

Picture of a middle-aged woman sat in a chair with a tablet and phone, surrounded by cut-up pieces of paper with old job search advice on it, including: - Send out 50 CVs a week - Tailor your cover letter for every single job The heading on there, in a yellow background with dark blue on top, says "Old job search advice is why smart people stay unemployed longer."

You don’t need to try harder.

You need to stop doing the wrong things — and start doing the right ones properly.

The job search has changed.

What worked 5–10 years ago — applying online, tweaking your CV, waiting for responses — is no longer enough on its own.

And most people are still relying on it.

That is why capable, experienced professionals are getting filtered out before anyone ever speaks to them.

I understand how this works behind the scenes. I’ve worked inside recruitment, built teams, and helped hundreds of professionals navigate this process from the inside out.

I know how CVs are read (and filtered), how recruiters make decisions, and how to position you so you are actually seen and understood.

More importantly — I can break it down into clear, practical steps you can follow. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

The June 45-Day Sprint turns that behind-the-scenes knowledge into a clear weekly process you can follow.

Over the 45 days, I’ll show you:

  • what to fix
  • what to stop doing
  • what to focus on each week
  • how to use your CV properly
  • how to create visibility beyond job boards
  • how to follow up without feeling awkward
  • how to prepare for interviews so you convert more of the right opportunities

This is not about working harder.

It is about finally working on the parts of your job search that actually move the needle.

Why this works faster than trying to fix it on your own

The 45 Day Sprint is built to remove delay, doubt, and wasted effort.

This is not more information.

This is why people start getting traction quickly:

  • Day 1: your CV gets done. You do not spend weeks trying to rebuild it yourself. We go through it together so you understand exactly how it works, what to change for each job, and how to use it properly from the start.
  • You are applying properly within days, not weeks. Because the groundwork is done early, you can get moving fast.
  • You get direct input when it matters. If you get stuck on an application, interview question, presentation task, or awkward networking situation, you do not have to sit there worrying for three days. You ask, we fix it, and you move.
  • You stop relying on luck. Instead of hoping the next application will magically land, you follow a structure that improves how you are seen at every stage.
  • You get support from people at your level. You are in a cohort with other experienced professionals, typically earning £70k–£200k, who are going through the same process and often have useful insight, encouragement, and connections of their own.

Here’s exactly how we fix this:

What’s included in the 45 Day Sprint (£695)

It is a guided implementation Sprint you work through, with your CV, strategy and weekly job search actions mapped out properly from the start.

You are not left trying to figure out what to do next.

You get the structure, tools, support and accountability to move through the process properly.

This is not more information.

This is implementation, feedback and course-correction while you are actually doing the work.

Done-for-you CV on day one

Before the Sprint begins, I reposition your CV so you are not starting with a document that is too broad, too dated or too hard for recruiters to understand.

In the first group session, we go through how to use it properly so you understand:

  • what each section is doing
  • what to check and amend
  • what to adapt for each application
  • how to tailor it without rewriting from scratch every time

Outcome: you are ready to start applying properly within the first few days, instead of spending weeks trying to fix your CV alone.

Your personalised job search strategy

You get a tailored strategy document that maps out:

  • the roles to target
  • how to position yourself
  • where your strongest opportunities are
  • where you may be wasting effort
  • what needs to change in your current approach

Outcome: you stop guessing and start moving with a plan.

Weekly implementation calls

Join weekly implementation sessions designed to move the whole cohort through the Sprint together.

Each week focuses on the part of the job search that matters most at that stage:

  • CV and positioning
  • tailoring applications properly
  • LinkedIn and visibility
  • networking and recruiter conversations
  • follow-up and pipeline management
  • interview preparation and conversion

These sessions are practical, focused and designed to help you take action that week.

Outcome: you know what to work on, what to stop doing, and how to keep moving without drifting.

Live Q&A / troubleshooting support

Alongside the weekly implementation session, there will be live Q&A and troubleshooting support so you can sense-check what is happening as you go.

This is where we can look at the common sticking points people hit mid-Sprint, such as:

  • whether a role is worth applying for
  • how much to tailor your CV
  • what to say to a recruiter
  • how to follow up
  • what to do when you are getting silence
  • how to prepare for an interview
  • how to handle awkward application or interview questions

Outcome: you get support before small problems turn into weeks of delay or overthinking.

Sprint Messaging Support

You can still ask questions between sessions.

That is part of what makes the Sprint valuable — you are not left sitting there for days, stuck on something that could be sorted quickly.

You can use messaging support for practical questions such as:

  • a recruiter message
  • a follow-up message
  • a quick CV tailoring or interview question
  • a presentation task
  • a job spec you are unsure about
  • something confusing that has happened in the process

The key difference is that messaging support is for focused Sprint-related questions, not unlimited rewriting, ongoing emotional processing or replacing the live sessions.

Outcome: you get practical input when you need it, while the Sprint stays focused and manageable.

Private Sprint Community

You join a small group of experienced professionals who understand what this stage of job search really feels like.

This is not performative positivity.

It is a high-trust space where people can share wins, setbacks, questions, useful insights and opportunities.

You will have access to the Circle platform, plus the private LinkedIn group, so you can use the resources, stay connected and keep momentum between calls.

Outcome: you stop job searching in isolation and start working through the process with structure and support around you.

SprintIQ: your job search co-pilot

You get access to SprintIQ, a custom-built GPT designed to help you apply the Sprint method between sessions.

You can use it to:

  • analyse job descriptions
  • identify key skills and language
  • sense-check CV tailoring
  • draft recruiter messages
  • prepare interview answers
  • organise your evidence
  • get clearer before bringing questions to the group

SprintIQ is not there to replace my input. It helps you move faster between calls, think more clearly, and avoid staring at a blank page.

Outcome: you get practical support between sessions, without waiting for the next live call.

Circle Platform and Resources

You get access to the Sprint hub inside Circle, where the core resources, templates and session materials are organised for you.

This gives you one place to find:

  • weekly actions
  • CV tailoring guidance
  • message templates
  • interview preparation resources
  • dashboard links
  • checklists and examples

Outcome: you have a clear place to work from, instead of trying to piece everything together yourself.

Real traction. Fast.

These are the kinds of results people get when they stop guessing and start following a system properly:

  • One client had been looking for 6 months with no interviews. Within 10 days of rebuilding the CV and learning how to adapt it properly, she had 3 interviews booked.
  • One client had been out of work for 12 months. After one key suggestion, they were contacted by a recruiter and secured a role within 7 days.
  • Another client started while on notice for redundancy, got an interview within 17 days, and had a job offer within 23 days of starting the Sprint.
  • He was looking for three months, had three interviews, and had applied for 65 jobs within 12 days of the sprint. He had five interviews booked and landed a job.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do I need to be job searching full-time

No — you can complete this programme alongside your current role or other commitments. The support is flexible, and while securing a job in 45 days requires dedicated effort, you can move at your own pace and still benefit from everything I teach.

In fact, you’re probably spending more time now scrolling through job boards and tips than you will in this programme — because we’ll be focused, structured, and results-driven.

How are the weekly calls scheduled?

The June 45-Day Sprint Cohort includes two live group calls each week:

Monday at 10am — Weekly Implementation Session
90 minutes

This is the main teaching and implementation call for the week. Each Monday, we focus on one key part of the Sprint, such as CV strategy, tailoring applications, LinkedIn, networking, follow-up or interview preparation.

The call is typically structured as:

  • Teaching and strategy: what you need to understand that week
  • Examples and practical application: how this applies to your job search
  • Group discussion: common issues, questions and patterns coming up in the cohort
  • Weekly actions: what to complete before the next session

Thursday at 2pm — Sprint Clinic / Q&A
60 minutes

This is the lighter troubleshooting call. It is designed to help you stay on track, ask questions, sense-check what is happening and get unstuck before small issues turn into weeks of delay.

You can use this call for things like:

  • CV tailoring questions
  • recruiter messages
  • follow-up wording
  • application decisions
  • interview preparation questions
  • pipeline issues
  • confidence wobbles or uncertainty about what to do next

The Monday call gives you the strategy.
The Thursday call helps you apply it properly.

Wait, are you available 24/7 for feedback between calls?

I do have to sleep, work with other clients, and manage life as a busy mum — but yes, you can message me throughout the programme with questions, drafts, or whenever you get stuck.

  • Need a CV check? DM me.

  • Want a LinkedIn review? Same.

  • Need a second pair of eyes on a presentation or task? Send it over.

You’ll get voice notes, short videos, or typed messages — I’ll always come back to you with clear, actionable feedback.

What if I don’t get a job in 45 days?

There’s no guaranteed job outcome (I wish there was!), but by the end of the programme you’ll have:

  • Stronger, more effective application materials

  • Confidence in your approach and interviews

  • Clarity on your next steps and strategy

  • Momentum to keep moving forward

Plus, if you want to stay in the programme after 45 days, you can continue for just £40/month. This gives you ongoing Circle group access and a group call on Tuesday at 10am.

It's a lot of money for me, is there any kind of payment plan?

Absolutely. The programme offers two flexible options:

  • Pay in Full: Secure your place with a one-time payment.

  • 6 Weekly Payments: Spread the cost over 6 easy installments of £115.83.

Some clients even use their job seekers allowance to help, which is why the weekly option exists.

Are there any additional fees?

Nope. Everything — calls, resources, messaging support, and community access — is included in your investment. There are no hidden charges.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely via all major credit/debit cards through our trusted payment processor, Stripe.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

We’re confident in the effectiveness of this programme and don’t offer refunds. That said, if you’re ever unhappy, get in touch and I’ll make it right.

What if I need to pause or reschedule?

Life happens! If you need to pause or reschedule, just contact me, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your situation.

What job roles, levels or industries is this for?

I’ve worked with professionals across a wide range of roles and industries — from young people entering their first job, to parents returning after a career break, and even Chief Executives moving into their next roles.

Most of the support in this programme is bespoke and tailored to you, aside from the group calls.

The best way to see if it’s the right fit is to book a quick call, and we’ll discuss your goals, experience, and how the Sprint can help you move forward.

I don't need a job, but I'd love to sponsor a place, can I do that?

Absolutely! Many talented professionals can’t afford this support, especially those who have been out of work for a long time and have depleted their savings.

To qualify for a sponsored place, recipients must have been out of work for at least 6 months, and they need to apply for the donated spots, which are offered regularly by my community.

If you’d like to sponsor someone, simply email me at Sarah@SarahBryer.co.uk with SPONSOR in the subject line, and I’ll get back to you straight away.

I've got a different question!

Just drop me an email Sarah@SarahBryer.co.uk , find me on Linked In or book a call and I'll be happy to answer all the questions you have!
